December 1995 the company was incorporated as Cobb-Lundquist Realtors, Inc. with Ralph W. Cobb, Jr. the President & Treasurer and Wayne A. Lundquist, Jr. as Vice-President and Secretary. The company continues to expand its market and is considered to be one of the top three commercial brokerage firms in the City of Corpus Christi. In January 2003 Cliff Atnip joined the firm as partner. Currently, the company has four independent contractors including the original partners. The four Brokers include Ralph Cobb, specializing in Farm, Ranch, and Commercial sales; Wayne Lundquist, Jr. specializing in Commercial sales; Cliff Atnip, specializing in Commercial and Office sales & leasing; and J. H. "Hutch" Bryan specializing in Commercial and Ranch sales. We are all current members on a local, state and national level of the Association of Realtors and the Realtors Land Institute.
There is a combined total of 113 years of Real Estate experience in our 4 Real Estate Brokers: Hutch Bryan 33 years, Ralph Cobb 38 years, Wayne Lundquist 31 years, and Cliff Atnip 12 years.
